Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Contact us to arrange the return. Unless it's our fault you pay shipping both ways for returns, new sealed items that have been open may incur extra fees. Shipments that encounter delays or problems during the transport phase must be allowed to have a reasonable amount of time for the shipper to resolved the problem and deliver the shipment, if it is determined the shipment was lost during transport you will be refunded in full including shipping.
