When purchasing your items you will fill out your shipping information and you will be asked for a phone number (this is optional the phone number is for USPS delivery purpose only) then if more than one shipping option is available you will choose a shipping method, these are done here on this site but you will then be redirected to PayPal to authorize the payment where all your financial information is secured and kept private.
SHIPPING POLICY For your shipment we use USPS Priority, 1ST Class or Media Mail but sometimes UPS Ground or FedEx Home shipping may be used instead for shipments in the Continental USA, Hawaii, Alaska.
For International shipping we use USPS International shipping for Canada, Europe, Australia & New Zealand.If you are in these shipping regions and want to purchase products please use the contact link to send us the information of the product(s) you want along with the shipping address you want it shipped to, you will get a reply with the total cost including shipping cost. Then if you want to buy you will be sent a PayPal invoice to complete your purchase.
As for international shipments we do not pay for any import duties, taxes or import & custom fees of any kind that is solely the customers responsibly to understand the fees of the country they want items shipped to and to pay separately for that themselves.
Products that are shipped to USA addresses include insurance and usually are shipped within 24 hours of your purchase on businesses days. Products shipped by USPS Priority Mail International are insured up to $200, If you want more insurance please inform us from the Contact Form and we can set up that extra fee for that insurance.
Packages we ship to you are insured, protected against loss or damage, as long as they are delivered to the address you used in filling out your shipping address in your original ordered with us. If you or someone else has the shipment we sent to your original shipping address you gave us diverted to a different address we take no responsibility as to what may happen to your shipment.
RETURN POLICY Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Contact us to arrange the return. For items that arrive damaged, defective, with missing parts, or was not the same item as was ordered you will have the choice to be refunded in full including shipping fees or to replace your item if the same item is available. Unless it’s our fault you pay shipping both ways for returns, new sealed items that have been open may incur extra fees. Shipments that encounter delays or problems during the transport phase must be allowed to have a reasonable amount of time for the shipper to resolved the problem and deliver the shipment, if it is determined the shipment was lost during transport you will be refunded in full including shipping.
